1. Service Provisioning
IPTVX.SHOP provides digital subscription passes granting temporary, licensed access to media streaming server nodes. Subscriptions are billed on a prepaid basis for the exact period selected (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and do not automatically recur without your permission.
2. Device Connection Limits
Each standard subscription pass authorizes one (1) simultaneous active stream. You may install your credentials on multiple devices (e.g. living room TV and mobile phone), but only one device may stream at any given moment. To stream simultaneously in multiple rooms, customers must select the Multi-Screen Pass.
3. Network Speed & Requirements
Buffer-free 4K UHD and 60FPS streaming requires adequate internet bandwidth. Customers should maintain at least 15 Mbps for High Definition and 25-30 Mbps for 4K video feeds. IPTVX.SHOP is not responsible for local hardware or ISP bottlenecks.
4. Refund and Cancellation
All retail plans include an unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee as defined in our Refund Policy. Requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are reimbursed in full.
